Asking lease within the deal was $72 a sq. foot.
“We worth our long-standing relationship with ESRT and are happy to have the ability to increase our footprint with an extra ground at 1400 Broadway in New York Metropolis,” Gayle Aertker, govt vp of retailer growth at Burlington, stated in an announcement.
Alan Desino of Colliers Worldwide represented Burlington within the negotiation. ESRT’s Keith Cody dealt with the deal in-house for the owner, together with Scott Klau, Erik Harris and Neil Rubin of Newmark.
